About Khue
I'm Khue, a lawyer who ended up spending most of her time thinking about what happens when technology moves faster than the rules meant to govern it.
My background is in data protection and AI law, with a Master's in IP and ICT Law from KU Leuven. I'm CIPP/E certified and a member of IAPP. But the credential I didn't expect, and the one that means the most to me, came as a phone call from home: an invitation to become one of the very first members of Vietnam's Data Expert Network, joining policy conversations that are shaping how my country approaches data and AI governance.
Based in Belgium, I live and breathe the EU side of things daily while staying deeply connected to Vietnam and Southeast Asia. A lot gets lost in translation between global frameworks and local realities. Helping bridge that gap is where I feel most useful. In early 2026, I was invited to speak at a Vietnam-EU event in Brussels, one of those moments that reminded me why this work matters beyond the pages of a regulation.
AILawHub is where I put all of this into words. Not just for people who aren't lawyers, but also for lawyers and legal experts who are starting to wonder why the rules don't quite fit the context they're working in. Because every country is navigating this, and every country brings values and realities that deserve to be part of the conversation, not just the ones with the loudest voice in the room.
My Vision
AILawHub is a space dedicated to amplifying AI and digital laws from across the world. With AI support, complex legal frameworks become clear, engaging, and easy to follow, raising curiosity and encouraging tolerance for the unique ways each country shapes its digital future. After all, every regulation carries a story shaped by history, relationships, and circumstances that deserve to be understood, before judged.
